Cut bacon into cubes, leek into rings, onions into rough cubes, garlic cloves finely chop.
Sauté all ingredients one by one in a frying pan and empty into a large pot, extinguish with white wine. Add mushrooms and mashed tomatoes, stir everything together and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes on 1 or automatic cooking plate 4-5.
Finally, fold in the herb cheese, whipped cream and kitchen herbs and let the stew simmer for a while.
Serve with baguette.
