Preparation (about 45 min):

Remove sausage mince from casing and place in a large enough bowl.

Remove the skin from the onion and cut into fine cubes. Cut ham into cubes as well. Grate thyme. Cut pretzels into one centimeter cubes. Fry onions in oil until translucent, add pretzel cubes and fry lightly.

Add the parsley, eggs, chives, thyme and the onion and pretzel cubes and make a compact mixture. Form small meat loaves from the mixture and fry in hot olive oil until golden on both sides (cooked all the way through).

Sauté onions in hot olive oil until translucent, add ham cubes, sauté and add to the cut white cabbage form. Add fruit vinegar, caraway seeds, sugar, knead slaw with a pestle a little bit, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the chives, lettuce a little bit.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
