Instructions:

Soak the rolls, squeeze them and knead them with minced meat, butter, onions, parsley, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and marjoram to a homogeneous mass.

With damp hands form small loafs, turn them in flour and slowly fry them in hot fat until crispy.

Arrange the minced meatballs and serve.
