Instructions:

For minced loaf with dill sauce, first peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and finely chop the dill.

Mix all ingredients for the loaves and form loaves. Refrigerate for a few hours before using.

Heat oil and butter and fry the loaves one by one in it for about 5 minutes. When all are done, put them back in the frying juices and finish cooking for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Add the soup and whipping cream, stirring constantly. Then stir in the dill and a little vodka and bring the sauce to a boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vodka and lemon juice.

Serve minced meatballs with dill sauce.
