Instructions:

Soak the bread in water for 10 minutes, then squeeze well. Peel and finely dice the onion.

Rinse the parsley and oregano, shake dry and chop finely.

Mix the minced meat in a bowl with the egg, soaked bread, onion and kitchen herbs until smooth.

Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

Divide the feta cheese into 8 pieces.

Divide the meat mixture into 8 portions as well. Flatten with moistened hands, place a piece of feta cheese on top and press the mince together over the cheese to form flat loaves.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the loaves for 6-7 minutes on each side.
