For minced meat loaf from the oven, peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion and crush the garlic with a flat knife. Mix the minced meat, curd cheese, onion, garlic and beaten eggs together and season.

Form small balls from the mixture with wet hands and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them flat.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes.

If this variant is too dry for you, you can first fry the minced meatballs in a pan with oil and then cook them in the oven. Then bake for about 25-30 minutes.

You can also brush the loaves with a little olive oil and then bake them in the oven.
