Instructions:

For the minced casserole with bread cap, heat oil in a saucepan, sauté onions and garlic until light, add carrots and leeks and sauté briefly.

Add minced meat and fry until meat is cooked and no more liquid comes out. ,

Add mushrooms and diced tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, season to taste and leave to cool.

Grease a baking dish with melted butter and put in 2 slices of bread.

Mix eggs and cream with cheese.

Pour half of the egg-cream-cheese mixture over the bread, spread the meat mixture on top, place the reserved two slices of bread on top and cover with the remaining cream.

Bake the minced casserole in the preheated oven at 165-175°C for about 40 minutes.
