Instructions:

For minced net roast season minced meat with salt, pepper, marjoram,thyme and paprika powder and mix a little.

Then finely chop the softened bread, onion, parsley, garlic cloves. Add lemon zest and eggs and mix again.

Now add the ham, Emmentaler and pickled gherkins and bind the mixture with breadcrumbs.

Draw out the pork net well, lay the meat mixture on it in an oval shape and roll up the roast with the pork net.

Put the net roast in a roasting pan with a lid, pour beef broth on it and close the lid. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 1/4 hours.

Cut the roast into slices and pour the accumulated creamy sauce over it and serve.
