Cut the rolls into slices, pour hot milk over them and stand. Mix well the sausage meat, minced meat, finely chopped basil, finely chopped parsley and onions, eggs, the squeezed rolls, pressed garlic. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Grease a rectangular baking tray (preferably the juice pan) and spread the minced roast evenly on it and smooth it out. Bake the minced roast in the oven heated to 200 °C for about 25 to half an hour until a nice crust is formed. Now cool the minced roast and cut into smaller or larger portions. Before serving, place a slice of raw cucumber on each piece.
