For the minced roast, chop the onion and slowly fry in a pan with oil until light brown. Tip the onion with the oil onto a plate and leave to cool.

Mix the milk with the eggs, mix very well and season as desired with salt, soup seasoning, pepper and chili flakes if desired. Mix everything together well with the breadcrumbs, add the onion together with the frying oil and knead with the mince.

Finally, add the chopped parsley. Oil the baking tray and spread the minced mixture evenly on it. Grate the cheese over the mince and put the tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees.

After about 30 to 40 minutes, remove the minced meat, drain off any remaining liquid, portion and serve.
