Instructions:

Soak the bread roll in water. Prepare the minced meat, the well squeezed bread, the egg and the onion cubes to a meat dough. Season to taste with the spices. Clean the paprika and cut it into small cubes. Mix the paprika and cheese cubes with the meat dough. With moistened hands, shape into a bread-like loaf. Shape the roast directly into the fat pan and dust with paprika powder if desired. Place on the turntable and cook on the weight automatic program (minced roast). Halfway through cooking, turn to the other side and top with bacon. Then remove the roast and keep it warm. Pour the water and the roast stock into a glass form and let it boil at 850 watts in 2-3 min. Mix in cheese corner and sauce powder, add sour whipped cream and heat up again at 850 Watt for 1 min.

Add corn kernels (approx. 150g) to the meat dough.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine smoky note!
