Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in bubbling hot salted water for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, clean, rinse and slice the peppers. Remove peel from onions and dice finely. Heat the fat in the frying pan and sauté the vegetables in it. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, cayenne bell pepper and paprika powder.

Add whipped cream, crème fraîche and Bommerlunder and stir to make a little!

Season everything with sugar and spices. Bring to the table with the pasta. To this then a fresh Pils, which then everyone wants!
