Grease the mini muffin tin and set aside to cool. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Beat the egg until creamy. Mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and Baileys until smooth. Sift flour and baking powder on top and fold in so that the batter is wet and has no lumps. Fill into the mold and bake in about 15 to 20 minutes.
