For the mini pizzas “Tricolore” let the pizza thaw in the foil for 10 minutes and meanwhile preheat the oven to 220°C top / bottom heat (hot air: about 200°C, gas: level 5-6).
Once the oven has reached temperature, remove the pizza from the foil, place on the middle rack and bake for 7-8 minutes. The pizza is ready when the cheese has melted. While the pizza is baking in the oven, wash the cocktail tomatoes and cut them in half.
Using the cookie cutter, prick 16 mini pizzas. Then thread half a cocktail tomato, a mini mozzarella ball and a basil leaf onto the skewers and stick them through the mini pizzas “Tricolore”.
