Instructions:

For the minion cake, first prepare the cake base. For the cake base, use 1/4 of the ingredients listed (i.e. 1 cup cream, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup flour, etc.)!

Finely sift the flour and sugar. Then combine all ingredients and mix well (ideally with a food processor). Then bake for about 1 hour at 180 degrees. Make sure to test the sticks! Brush them with a little jam when stacking.

For the ganache, bring the whipped cream to the boil, chop the chocolate. Remove the boiled whipped cream from the flame and add the chocolate pieces.

Wait a little and then stir firmly so that the chocolate melts completely. Then transfer to another container and let it rest overnight (not necessarily in the refrigerator – maybe only in summer).

The next day, stir the solid mixture with a hand mixer. Then spread this on the stacked cakes, so the roll fondant holds and does not dissolve.
