Rinse culinary herbs and drain very well on kitchen paper, hang to dry for 2 to 3 days. Remove the skin from the garlic cloves and cut them in half. Form kitchen herbs and garlic cloves in a bottle, pour oil over them, close well and put in a cool place. After 14 days, filter, fill into a bottle and put in a cool place.
