Pour hot vegetable soup over the couscous and let it sit for 10 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Halve the washed tomatoes and remove the seeds and stem, cut into cubes.
Pour the beans into a sieve and drain. Remove the seeds from the washed bell pepper and cut into cubes.
For the dressing, combine balsamic cream, soy sauce, garam masala, sumac, water, maple syrup and oil.
Mix the chopped vegetables, beans and dressing with the couscous.
