Instructions:

For the mocha cookies, knead all the ingredients for the dough together and chill for 1 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut out square cookies.

Bake them at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes and let them cool. In the meantime, prepare the cream for filling. Prepare a pudding from the milk and the pudding powder, stir in the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth cream.

Assemble 2 cookies at a time with the cream. Stir the powdered sugar in the hot espresso until smooth and glaze the cookies with it and garnish each with a mocha bean.
