Instructions:

Title: Beef curry with almond kernels and raisins.

Peel onions and cut into slices. Dissolve saffron in water.

Heat oil in a deep saucepan and fry onions in it until golden brown. Add cardamom, cinnamon, garlic powder, ginger, peppermint and cumin and cook for 5 minutes.

Then roast the meat in this mixture until nice and brown. Extinguish with yogurt and do gently in a closed saucepan on low heat for about 1 hour.

In a small saucepan, gently roast the almond kernels and raisins in a little oil and then add to the meat.

Finally add the saffron water, season with pepper and salt and bring to the table.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
