Instructions:

Soak the crayfish tails for half an hour. Prepare a paste of all ingredients except the oil with both kinds of pepper and salt. Heat the oil and roast the paste, stirring, for half an hour. If necessary, add a little water.

Serve with: fish dishes, dumplings made of yams, plantains, cassava or possibly similar.
