A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!

Mix tomatoes and toast very finely crumble and season with pepper. Acidify fish with juice of one lemon, season with salt and place in a greased gratin dish. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the fish, add butter in flakes and pour wine.

Place in the preheated oven.

Serve: Wild rice.
