Instructions:

For Monty’s apple cookies, knead all ingredients into a rollable dough and roll out on a floured piece of baking paper to a thickness of approx. 4 mm.

Use a pizza roller to cut the cookies into small or large pieces as desired and bake at 180 °C for approx. 15 – 20 minutes.

Monty’s apple cookies can still be dried at reheat.
