Instructions:

Cut the mozzarella into slices half a centimeter thick.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut them into the same maize starch as the cheese.

Arrange tomato and cheese slices alternately on a flat plate.

Carefully pour oil over them, season everything together with salt and season with pepper.

Squeeze the garlic cloves evenly over the cheese and tomatoes, lastly finely chop the fresh kitchen herbs (better not too finely because of the aroma) and sprinkle over the platter.
