Toast the bread. Drizzle with olive oil and grate garlic on toasted bread. Cut each slice into quarters.

Drain mozzarella and dry with a paper towel. Cut into thin slices. Place two slices of mozzarella on each slice of bresaola. Season with salt and pepper. Place some arugula on top. Roll up tightly and secure with 3 toothpicks. Cut roll exactly into thirds with a sharp kitchen knife. Skewer on the garlic bread pieces.
