Instructions:

For the muas, first melt 30 g of butter in a large pan. Add wheat flour, let it brown a little and pour water. Add the milk, salt and bring to the boil.

Stir in polenta and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Keep stirring during this process. Stop stirring for the last 5 minutes.

Melt remaining butter, empty over the muas and serve.
