For the muesli dalken, mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Stir in sour cream and beaten egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with granulated sugar until stiff and fold into the yolk mixture with the muesli.

Butter a dalken pan well and pour the mixture into the cavities (or heat not too little oil in a coated pancake pan and put the mixture in with the help of 2 tablespoons in the form of small pancakes, flatten slightly). Bake the cereal dalks on both sides until golden brown. Lift them out, turn them in cinnamon sugar and fill each two dalken with some vanilla ice cream.

Arrange the muesli dalken with vanilla ice cream and serve quickly.
