Instructions:

For the muffins, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Gradually add the eggs and continue to mix with rum/rum flavoring and lemon zest for about 5 minutes.

Fold the flour, baking powder and half of the chocolate sprinkles into the batter.

Pour the mixture into muffin paper cups and sprinkle with the remaining sprinkles.

Bake the muffins at 160 degrees in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
