Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything with the mixer on the highest speed until the ingredients have mixed into a liquid dough.

Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake in a hot oven for about 1 hour. Let the cake cool and only then turn it out of the mold.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
