For the cup cake, mix the dry ingredients, then add the egg and mix well again. Add the milk and oil and mix well again.

The oil makes the dough so easy to mix that you don’t need a mixer. Finally, add the vanilla or chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the large greased cup and microwave on the highest setting (1000 watts if possible) for 3 minutes.

Let the cake cool a little, either turn it out or spoon it out of the cup.
