Instructions:

Brown the washed unseasoned chops on both sides in oil and then layer them in an ovenproof roasting pan and set aside.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms, season with basil, parsley, vegetable bouillon and pepper. Add the whipped cream and then the breadcrumbs. Stir until a firm dough is formed.

Spread this dough on the chops and finally add the grated Gouda cheese.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.

We recommend cucumber salad and mashed potatoes with dill as a side dish.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh basil, you can also use the freeze-dried.
