For mushroom cream cut meat wash and cut into small pieces. Fry the diced onion in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown, then add the meat.

When the meat is browned, add the sliced mushrooms (according to taste) and put the lid on. When everything is well browned, add the tube of Rama Cremefine (I always use the regular one, there is one extra for mushrooms too).

Season everything really well. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic, marjoram, oregano, basil to taste. Bring to the boil again briefly, arrange and serve.
