Instructions:

Clean the mushrooms, but do not wash them and carefully twist out the stems. Finely chop the mushroom stems, shallots and garlic. Melt a little butter in a saucepan and sauté the shallots, garlic and parsley until translucent. Add the chopped stems and continue to saute. Stir in breadcrumbs and season with salt as well as pepper. Put the saucepan in a cold water bath to cool the mixture slightly. Then pour the mixture into a piping bag and fill the upturned mushroom heads with it. Place in a buttered baking dish, drizzle with remaining butter and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 170- 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
