For the mushroom meatball, shred the pork tenderloin (not too small), season with salt and pepper. Heat fat in a saucepan, fry meat in it until hot, remove and set aside.

Sauté onion in the drippings, add sliced mushrooms, sauté. Add meat, season with soup seasoning and let steam for 10 minutes.

Dust with flour, mix well, add sour cream, taste again and season if necessary.
