Instructions:

For the mushroom omelet, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Wash the chives and cut them into small rolls.

Break the eggs into a small bowl and beat with a fork.

Heat the fat in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms in it and then pour the eggs over them.

When the mixture has set (i.e. is no longer liquid), you can arrange your mushroom omelet on plates and serve sprinkled with the chive rolls.
