Chop the onion and garlic cloves into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry onions and garlic until they become translucent. Cut meat tomatoes and add. Slowly lower the temperature. Season with salt and pepper and add seasoning.

Rinse leek well, cut into small rings and add. Add the medium mushrooms (do not rinse, do not remove the skin, do not cut) as whole fruiting bodies to the frying pan, cook for about 15 minutes. Spread the grated cheese evenly over them and finally decorate with basil leaves.
