For the mushroom sauce, roast the onion and the meat in a high pan until everything is nicely cooked. Briefly fry the mushrooms.

Add the whipped cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Add a cup of sour cream and thicken everything with a little water and flour until it has the right consistency.

Make sure that the sauce is not too thick but also not too thin.

Finally, add salt and pepper and serve the mushroom sauce with the finished bread dumplings.
