Finely chop the onion. Finely dice the garlic. Sauté mushrooms in a pan with olive oil. Add finely diced onion and marjoram and sauté. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic, mix and remove from heat. Add olives, so that when pureed, a creamy spread is obtained.
