For the mushroom toast, preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the slices of toast on a baking tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle with a few drops of white wine. Finely chop the onion and garlic and slice the mushrooms. Heat butter in a pan and sauté chopped onion, garlic and bacon.

Add the mushrooms together with the chopped parsley and season with salt, pepper and curry. Now let everything simmer until the liquid evaporates. Transfer the mushroom mixture into a bowl and mix well with the cream and cheese. Spread the mushroom mixture on the toasts and bake in a hot oven.
