For the mushrooms in parmesan breading, clean and wash the mushrooms.

Mix breadcrumbs with freshly grated parmesan. Whisk egg with salt and milk.

Dredge the mushrooms first in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry mushrooms until golden.
