For the must soup, first peel and finely dice the onion. Fry it in the butter. Deglaze with the must and pour in the soup.

Mix the flour with the sour cream and stir into the soup. Bring to a boil so that the soup thickens. Grate the horseradish into the soup. Stir the must soup again and serve.
