Instructions:

Peel potatoes and cut into quarters, set aside.

Sauté bacon and onions in butter until soft.

Add the meat cut into strips, garlic cloves and sage and fry well.

When the above ingredients are almost cooked, add the paradeis pulp, Indian beans, hominy and potatoes.

Add a little beef broth and season with cayenne pepper, salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes at low temperature.

Shortly before serving, add the chopped mushrooms, stir, stir briefly and serve.

Serve with fresh bread.
