For the nettle and wild garlic quiche, wash the nettle and blanch briefly. Wash the wild garlic as well. Pluck both smaller.

Dice the onion and garlic. Chop the nuts.

Fry the onion and garlic, add the nuts and roast a little. Then add nettle and wild garlic and let them steam a little.

Take a trough form and line it with puff pastry.

Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add the sour cream.

On the puff pastry put the cooled nettle and wild garlic nut mixture. Spread the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the nettle and wild garlic quiche at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
