Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

In a frying pan, sauté the onion in a tiny bit of butter. Chop the nettles and wild garlic and add them to the frying pan while they are still dripping wet. Fall together while stirring throughout. Mix eggs and milk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Remove the skillet from the stove and fold in the egg milk. Grease a cake springform pan. Roll out the dough and place it in the tart springform pan.

Press up a rim. Spread the herb mixture evenly on the dough and sprinkle the crumbled cheese evenly on top. Bake in a heated oven at 175 °C for 30-40 min.
