Instructions:

Clean the nettle, wash and blanch in boiling salted water. Strain the leaves and strain or blend.

Make a paste with flour, nettle, milk, eggs, oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook the nettle gnocchi in it for about 10 minutes, then strain.

Arrange as desired and serve.
