Instructions:

1. lime mint butter

Beat butter with hand mixer until creamy, stir through with grated zest of lime and mint leaves. Add a few drops of lime juice, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Goes well with roasted lamb, carrot vegetables and on baguette.

2. honey mustard butter

Cream butter with hand mixer until creamy. Fold in mustard, honey and soy sauce, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. Goes well with fried fish, poultry and pork chops, boiled peeled potatoes and broccoli vegetables respectively.

3. olive-pepper butter

Chop olives very finely, clean and rinse peppers, dice very finely. Sauté both in clarified butter, cool. Beat butter with hand mixer until creamy. Stir in olive and bell pepper pieces, season with salt, cayenne bell pepper, a little juice of a lemon and thyme. Goes well with roasted spaghetti, zucchini vegetables, lamb and on baguette.

4. tomato-caper butter

Cream butter with hand mixer until creamy. Stir in finely chopped pickled tomatoes (available pickled in oil in the delicatessen shelf of the supermarket) and finely chopped capers, season to taste with balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper. Goes well with roasted veal, with pizza, on farmhouse bread and to enhance tomato sauces.
