A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Rinse and dry the fish fillets and cut into pieces. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop coarsely. Prepare a marinade with 2 tablespoons of pepper, saffron, olive oil and garlic and marinate the fish pieces with the shrimps.

Rinse and clean the fennel, celery and carrots and cut them into tender strips. Heat the butter with 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the fennel, celery and carrots. Extinguish with the fish stock. Add the fish pieces and shrimps and simmer at low temperature for 5 minutes. Season with salt.

Cook the tagliatelle in enough salted water until al dente. Drain and drain well. Fold in the remaining olive oil. Add the noodles to the soup and season repeatedly.
