Instructions:

Chop the bell bell pepper and the onion and put them in the frying pan with the long grain rice and the butter (or light butter) and saute over medium heat until the long grain rice gets a little color.

Add the two cups of water in which the stock cube is dissolved and bring to a proper boil.

After that, let it simmer at a low temperature for about 15 minutes.

During this time you can chop the nuts and the apple.

When the long grain rice is ready, add the chopped nuts, apple and mustard. Stir well (important!).

Place a large tablespoon of the farce on each slice of ham, roll up and place in an ovenproof dish. Add a little water and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 15-20 minutes.

If you want a stronger taste, you can add a little more bouillon cubes (or paprika powder etc.).

Accompaniment: Fresh leaf salad

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
