Instructions:

Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients, do not use more flour, even if the dough sticks a little. Form the rolls, bake for a few minutes at 200 °C.

During the baking time, put a mug with water in the oven or sprinkle a little bit of water with the laundry sprinkler.

Makes 65 pieces (shelf life 2-3 weeks)
