Instructions:

For the nougat cream with rum, first prepare and weigh all ingredients. Whip the cream until stiff and cover with a cool cloth. Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Melt the nougat slowly in a hot water bath (not boiling). Squeeze the gelatine well and dissolve in the liquid nougat while stirring. Stir in the rum as well.

Carefully stir the nougat mixture, slightly cooled, into the yogurt. Sweeten if desired. Chill until the cream begins to gel (streaks/streaks).

Fold whipped cream into nougat cream. Pour nougat cream into 4 dessert bowls and chill, covered, until ready to serve.
