Defrost seafood, rinse and drain well. Cook pasta until al dente, rinse with cold water and drain. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add seafood and sauté briefly. Add white wine and bring to the boil briefly. When wine stops boiling, add milk and stir in brisket. Season with pepper, salt, thyme and rosemary. Put pasta in a baking dish, spread seafood sauce over it and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection oven: 175 °C) for about 20 minutes until the Parmesan melts.
